The Becks!

We got to go visit our dear friends James and Maya this weekend up in Wisconsin - how fun it was to sit around and just relax with our buddies! We really didn't take any noteworthy pictures at all, but here are some samples. And PLEASE take some time to look at the details in the last one - Mimo's expression, HALEY's expression, my meanness in putting the dreaded cat so near to Ana, her concerned expression...lots of fun. We had such a great time - thanks guys for being our friends!

Outside!

Haley took this picture of me. I tried to smile extra big so maybe she would get the hint next time I take a picture of HER! And here is Mr. Sam, whom Ana is in love with - he made her a Hungarian dandelion crown - she was very very happy (even though these strange expressions may not show her delight! :) And see if you can find Robert from North Carolina - he looks kind of upset about something. Maybe he is jealous of the crown...

Stink! Our Camera is FUZZY!

Yes, as you can see, our camera is still not working appropriately, the way I believe it should. I don't care for the romantic fuzzy filter in the center of every picture... Ugh. BUT, here are my sweet and precious girls and their friends playing outside today - A WARM DAY! Can you believe it?

Pretty Girls

Finishing off the happy night, and heading up to bed!

More!

Finally!

Here are some precious photos that Auntie Olivia took when we visited all my Greenville homies over Christmas - she sent them to me quite a while ago and I am finally getting them on here! First let's look at the girls' favorite thing to do - it is not able to be described unless you see it in person, but here is the best we can do in a photograph!

International Health and Wellness

Well, we are taking a class right now that basically tells us a LOT about how to stay healthy overseas, and how to help others stay healthy - basic stuff on treating people, etc. etc. SO, today we got to do a little practice - YESS!!! - on how to check someone's blood pressure, check out their ear canal health, and yes, give shots. (Note that the picture of me with the syringe is BEFORE I gave Matt his shot - little did he know...) I was a little nervous about Matt giving me my shot, but he is a very careful and exacting man, and listened carefully to the instructions. I felt hardly anything - he was the consummate professional. Then I stepped up to bat. History/Background Information: When I was pregnant, I had to wear a medicine pump because I could take my medications orally since I was throwing up too much. So, to get the medicine in me and keep it there, I had to stab a little plastic needle into my leg, which opened up into the tube, through which my medicine was pumped. This...

It's Time

So, ladies...have you ever gotten a Clinique bonus and looked at those little samples of eye renewal cream, or age defying lotion, or something like that, and thought - "Oh, I guess I'll keep this around for later..." Well let me tell you, friends, "later" has come for me! Now that I am THIRTY YEARS OLD I am using those samples like its going out of style! I've got the intense eye serum or something, plus some kind of super hydrating night face lotion...plus my DEAR friend Liesl got me, for my birthday, some age-appropriate facewash, with anti-aging ingredients - so all that to say - DON'T THROW THOSE THINGS AWAY!! You, like me, WILL NEED THEM ONE DAY!!!
