Too funny - they were so excited to try on all of dad's new stuff. Also, this past Friday I had a teacher work day so I didn't have to get to work until 8 am. SO I got to take the girls to school - it was fun to see them wearing their backpacks and showing me what they normally do in the mornings. I am so thankful that Matt and Edith and Eddie have all worked together over the past months to get the girls to preschool and back in the mornings - most mornings I have to leave the house by about 6:30 or so, and I don't even see them before I leave. That is hard - really looking forward to this next week to spend some quality time with my girls - SPRING BREAK! WOOT WOOT! We are going up to see all of the family in Greenville, plus see all the "aunties", my best friends from college. Actually, I think I will take them up to Clemson to see where mommy went to school. That will be a lot of fun.
Exercising with Dad and enjoying her mini slinky. Ok, some of you had some, uh, interesting name choices for our new little one. We will have an ultrasound before Christmas, so then we can start narrowing it down, but does anyone have some REAL ideas? We like short uncomplicated names with meaning. We don't like names that remind us of lousy people or strange celebrities, and none of those weird new names that people our age are naming their kids, like "Christman" or something. (That is a real name - I know a little girl AND a little boy named that. It is pronounced like Christmas, only not.) So yeah, give us some ideas. Does anyone like "Paul"? Is that too old sounding? What about Ana for a girl? Hmmm...
I love Haley's first 2 pictures! I am SO glad you won't have to go to work without seeing the girls in the mornings next year. I seriously thank God everyday that I am not teaching and that 6:00 wake up call is one of them!
